A webex meeting has been scheduled with the Instruct-ERIC Council Committee for the 15th December 2017 from 9-11 UK & Portugal time 10-12 CET to revise documentation for discussion.

The meeting documents for discussion are:

- a summary of forecast and previous expenditure

- a narrative explaining some for the decision making/justification for the forecast

 - a short paper explaining some of the main issues around staff transfer 

 The objective of the meeting is to achieve budget sign-off for 2018.
