Instruct

Workshop on Advanced Isotopic Labelling Methods for integrated structural biology. This workshop supported by Instruct, will be held in Grenoble from 6th to 9th March 2017. AILM2017 will focus on isotope labelling techniques and their application to the study of the structure, interactions and dynamics of biomolecules. The lectures will cover the development and application of innovative isotopic labelling strategies for NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, neutron diffusion and diffraction to study challenging biological systems. 24 international experts have already agreed to give a lecture and an additional 20 oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts. Several fellowships are available to support housing costs for young researchers.

For more information about the program, registration, fellowships and abstract submission, please visit the website

AILM2017 academic participants can also register for free to the practical school on advanced isotopic labelling methods for biomolecular NMR, held from 13 to 17 March 2017. Trainees will gain practical experience in a wide range of methods, including specific isotope labelling, segmental labelling, in vitro expression of RNAs and proteins. Participants are encouraged to work with their own protein/RNA constructions for this practical training.

Thanks to the support of our sponsors, we will be able to cover housing and catering costs during the practical school for all trainees.
